Gift Side Story is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media intern for the remainder of the Fall 2011 semester (ASAP). We’re based near Madison Square Park in New York City.
Our interns will have the opportunity to help our brand use social media to create cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns. Interns work side by side with our team, participating in projects from the initial creative brainstorm to rolling out full-scale social media campaigns, and partnership blogging.
During this internship you will be expected to come into our office in NYC a few times a week. This internship is for the fall 2011 semester, and start and end dates are flexible.
If you’re a social media-savvy, creative go-getter who is interested in learning the ins and outs of social media marketing, send us the following:
- A resume
- A cover letter
- 2-3 samples of your writing
In your cover letter please include one paragraph answering the following question:
- “What is the worst use of social media by a brand that you’ve seen, and why?”
- “What is the best use of social media by a brand that you’ve seen, and why?”
In addition, please describe your interest in social media and marketing, relevant coursework, prior internship experience and/or relevant personal use of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, etc.
